1. Who we are
Vigorous Home ("the Service") is operated by Vigorous Lifestyle("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account, accessing, or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You confirm you are at least 16 years old (or the age of majority where you live).
3. The Service
Vigorous Home provides home workout programs, meal plans, AI coaching, and a community feed. Fitness and nutrition content is for general information only and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting any new exercise or diet program.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose;
- send spam, harass other users, or post infringing or harmful content;
- infringe anyone's intellectual property rights;
- probe, scrape, scan, reverse engineer, or interfere with the security or integrity of the Service;
- upload malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or account.
5. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, branding, workout programs, meal plans, and written content, is owned by Vigorous Lifestyle and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes within your chosen plan.
7. User content
You retain ownership of content you post. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display that content solely to operate the Service.
8. Payments, billing, and Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Premium is billed monthly in advance. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
9. Service availability
We work hard to keep the Service running, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are disclaimed.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, create security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our policies. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; your data may be deleted after a reasonable export window.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence where such exclusion is not permitted by law.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email; continued use after the update means you accept the new Terms.
